Key responsibilities:
Responsible to support buyers to execute new contracts/extension vendor onboarding (Velocity) RSP compliance.
Evaluating cost for weekly CMRP list
Collaboration with CMRP for ensuring availability of contract FSI & CMRP Masters
Monthly review on SNCR and compliance with actions
Weekly Collaboration with Supplier for Smooth Functioning
Art works & Specification management for Customer packaging
Network Innovation & Soft changeover support
Maintaining and controlling Inventory Management
Handling Day to Day Operations for Procurement and Supply chain
Renewal & maintenance of commercial term agreements NDA
Value Addition support needed wherever applicable
Reconciliation of the spend from paper mill & convertor
Qualification/Experience
Essential:
Experienced (35 years) in a procurement role in a large/medium organization
Basic negotiation skill and a good communicator (fluent in English)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup pivot tables) MS Powerpoint and data analytics
Experience of collaborative working in virtual/physical team environments
Skills/Competencies
Essential:
Good networking ability to build rapport with diverse set of stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and to be able to present key findings in a crisp way
Project management time management & prioritization
Selfstarter able to work independently and eager to learn
