Updated Job Description for Supplier Master Specialist given the operational twist the team is giving to the backfill role due to the limited candidates with SAP and Project experience:

Knowledge:
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Interpersonal (team player/ability to work crossfunctionally) skills.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a deadline driven and multitask environment.
English is required.

Specific education and experience requirements:
2 years of relevant experience in role and a BA or BS or Associate degree.
Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus.
Experience in multinational organization a plus.

Specific job responsibilities:
Provides ongoing analytical support.
Develops and maintains supplier spend intelligence for business partners and Sourcing team.
Responsible for producing Procure to Pay metrics analysis and ondemand reporting for business partners and finance team.
Supports and maintains documented business process within the contact of existing internal controls and company policies.
Frequently collaborates with peers suppliers and functional group members at various management levels.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Experience working in a multinational or global Finance organization Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus
