Our client company is seeking an experienced Technology Engineer to support Manufacturing and Product and Process Development in their plant.

You must be willing to:
Ensure the process parameters of existing processes are in statistical control
Implement short to medium term product/process improvement projects
Provide technical support for responsible processes to operating/maintenance personnel
Assure clearly defined procedures/instructions are documented/issued to support the improvements

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS Chemical Engineering/Materials Science
4-7+ years experience with polymer/fiber processing (fiber spinning a +) in the textile/carpet industries
Statistical analysis/DOE experience preferred
Six Sigma (Green Belt certified) Preferred
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Be a team player within a matrix organization
Proficient computer skills (MS Office/databases/SAP/graphics/JMP or SAS/Minitab)
