Today we provide a complete gaming platform including licences and operations for rapid deployment and success in iGaming. Our team of 60 technology and iGaming experts is guided by passion for invention operational excellence and commitment to improve the inefficient.

As our business continues to grow we are looking for a Process Optimisation Manager who will work closely with our Chief Operations Officer to bring our processes flows and team collaboration to the next level.

Tasks

  • Collaborate with business and project teams to streamline workflows identify process performance level and any inefficiencies and implement process improvements using industryleading methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • Provide expert guidance on process improvement methodologies establish best practices and guide teams in implementing process improvements aligned with the The Mills goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements identify areas for further enhancement and mitigate potential risks to enable The Mill in achieving optimal business outcomes while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed
  • Oversee and lead documentation and enhancement of business processes for smaller departments that do not have the required capacity & expertise
  • Provide expert guidance and functional leadership to teams regarding process documentation process mapping and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on process management methodologies and tools to enable teams to effectively manage processes ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required
  • Work with C level team to bring about a growth and change friendly culture
  • Prepare the organisation for the implementation of a Business Process Management framework and execute this implementation (encompassing governance process architecture process modeling templates process metrics process improvement approach).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in Business Process Management or Process Improvement within the iGaming sector
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma etc.
  • Experience with complex change management in a scale up organisation
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize complex processes and contexts
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple demanding stakeholders
  • Proactive and independent approach with strong attention to details.
