Within Tribe Payments we are looking for a Process Engineer to manage the processes linked to the Instant Payments product. Bearing in mind the client focus you take into account the desires and suggestions of all our stakeholders to improve our existing processes or to create new ones where needed.
Function description:
- Define and analyze existing business models using process modelling techniques and methods
- Manage endtoend process description (AS IS)
- Reviewing and updating existing processes
- Process documentation
- Document management
- Stakeholder management
- Setup and execution of a change plan (communication training support )
- Coordinate with different stakeholders (operational teams IT OPC )
- Recurrent reporting to different stakeholders
- Evaluation of progress and results
Requirements
- Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods
- Good expertise in MS Office
- Experience with process modelling tools (Visio Aris) and the creation of flow charts
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Knowledge of Payment products is a valuable asset
- Experience with Process management
- Experience with Change management & transformation
