Process Management Specialist V

Job Description:

• Responsible for establishment and implementation of standard processes that ensure quality targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Lead execute and deliver improved business quality standard processes and results.
• Execute projects that increase process efficiencies reduce cycle time cost and improve overall quality of execution.
• Identify and secure resources create plans and execute scheduled deliverables.
• Assess business performance analyze business processes evaluate gaps identify process improvements and recommend business solutions.
• Provide resource requirements prioritization and project recommendations.
• Provide support and training to process owners.
• Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders including executive management as needed.
• Monitor performance and ensure successful implementation is controlled over time.
