Process Excellence Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our automation team and work with our clients to deliver highquality automation. As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for leading project workstreams analyzing data and information and making recommendations to clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to develop solutions that address client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing with a strong track record of project management and data analysis. You should be knowledgeable in at least one area of Automation consulting such as strategy transformation digitization or technology.

Responsibilities & tasks for this role:

• Lead project workstreams managing the project scope budget and timeline
  
• Analyze data and information and make recommendations to clients
  
• Collaborate with other members of the automation team to develop solutions that address client needs
  
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices and continuously improve consulting service offerings
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients serving as a trusted advisor to clients
  
• As a Senior Consultant you will start establishing yourself in Roboyo consulting or technology services. You will be responsible for leading project workstreams and managing the delivery of our solutions for our clients.
  
• You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle.
  
• Lead projects independantly or work as a part of a team on larger programmes. Responsible for managing client relationships and be the primary point of contact for all projectrelated activities. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders including project teams subject matter experts and business users.
  
• You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
  

Requirements

Musthave qualifications & competencies

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing
  
• Strong track record of project management and data analysis
  
• Knowledgeable in at least one area of Automation Consulting such as strategy transformation digitization or technology.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field with an advanced degree preferred.
  
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification
  
• Able to use Lean Six Sigma tools such as VSM RCA FMEA Process Mapping Project prioritization Dashboarding KPI identification and data analysis.
  
• Native English skills // Proficient in Spanish (must have)
  
• The ideal candidate must be available to travel up to 80%
