Process Engineer- Vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Conduct digital mockup studies during simultaneous phases.
• Collaborate with product teams to address manufacturing issues in PLM.
• Validate RFQs for vehicle parts and provide feedback to Product Design.
• Prepare process sheets and design and implement tooling jigs and fixtures.
• Develop process FMEA and control plans for critical/safety processes.
• Select tightening tools and resolve mountability issues.
• Manage supplier selection technical specifications and installations.
• Facilitate handover to serial production and prepare for vehicle trials.
• Propose technical solutions for assembly process engineering challenges.
• Analyze and resolve mountability issues during physical phases.
• Create lessons learned and provide feedback for upcoming vehicle models.
• Manage DST station chronology and line balancing.
• Develop repair processes for new vehicles and ensure effective interface management with other industrial departments.

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of assembly layout and architecture.
• Experience in vehicle assembly project launch processes.
• Proficiency in CATIA AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Understanding of vehicle architecture and complex assembly processes.
• Familiarity with the A3 resolution/8D/QC story approach in problemsolving.
