Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will drive the deployment of optimal disassembly and material handling practices using LEAN methodologies. The scope includes but is not limited to:

• Specifying the type of test to be performed compiling data and making recommendations for product design changes and final assembly standards. This will include the use of Design of

• Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis using Six Sigma principles.
• Ensuring alignment between operational processes and environmental safety and quality standards.
• Identifying critical risks to deployment of standardized processes and recommending developing and implementing solutions to mitigate such risks.
• Failure/Data Analysis: Plans develops and implements technically complex procedures for the testing and evaluation of soon to be released products.
• Deep experience deploying lean (along with the requisite change and program management) in an evolving industrial setting
• Successful development and implementation of new technologies that improve production quality capacity and efficiency
• Collaboration skills including the ability to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders to brainstorm pilot and enact operational processes
• Project management skills including the ability to meet tight project deadlines
• Analytical skills including the ability to collect and leverage data to drive decision making
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Masters
• degree a plus)
