Process Engineer - Chemical Manufacturing

• Should have good command over all unit operations of a Chemical Industry like drying distillation extraction milling
• Should have good command over unit processes of a chemical industry mainly chlorination oxidation hydrogenation cyclization hydrolysis etc.
• Should be thorough in Process Engineering Calculations
• Highly result oriented.
• High orientation towards Process Approach
• Good Skills on MS office Word Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent root cause analysis skills and problem solving.
• Excellent on Plant troubleshooting.
• Should be able to converse in Gujarati.
• Should be currently working as Process Engg. lead in a reputed Chemical Company

Responsibilities

• Would be responsible for all Process Engineering calculations of all products in time.
• Would be responsibilities for continually working to intensify all product processes to improve efficiencies.
• Would be responsibilities for validating existing processes to ensure the right process engg. And equipment exists.
• Would be responsibilities for identifying processes which are operating at sub optimal level and lead improvements.
• Conduct process audits of all product processes to ensure the process is being run at optimum level.
• Train Production members on key process engineering aspects of all product processes.
