As we gear up for our commercial production we are seeking to expand our team and bring in top engineering talents to join to accelerate the path to commercial production. What we are building here is hardcore engineering from upstream to downstream from tiny molecules to a large volume of production from a bench scale to industrial scale bioreactors. We are currently seeking an eager and talented Junior Process Dev Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on bridging the gap between labscale processes and fullscale commercial manufacturing.

Your main responsibility is to support the PDE team in developing industrialscale processes & equipment to ensure robust and scalable manufacturing of our bioprocessing platform. Key focus areas of Junior Process Engineer will be related to bioprocessing from lab pilot to commercial scale fluid & gas handling & piping system heat transfer equipment and pressure vessels.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with the PDE team to design optimize and execute bioprocess from lab to pilot and commercial scale ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Study analyze and support technical knowledge regarding the potential and operability of bioprocessing & food manufacturing equipment i.e. bioreactors piping and downstream equipment.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional team and squad to streamline process scaleup from lab to pilot and commercialscale production development.
• Join the scaleup & production activities at our pilot plant and/or CMO facility.
• Contribute to process validation risk assessments and process improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues implement corrective actions and provide technical support for manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering: Chemical Biochemical Industrial Biotechnology or related fields
• 02 years of experience (Junior Engineer) or 25 years of experience (Engineer I/II/III)
• Comes with a mindset to learn and BUILD new things that the industry has never done before.
• Willing to do both handson work and engineering analysis
• Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level
• Great understanding of HVAC and fluid handling equipment e.g. valves piping and pumps are a strong plus
• Understanding of CleaninPlace (CIP) CleanoutofPlace (COP) Sanitation for microbial reduction is a strong plus.
• Knowledge in GMP/HACCP and other related food manufacturing standards is a strong plus
• Able to adapt and thrive in a rapid pace & quick changing environment.
• Strong passion to innovate and go the extra mile to achieve beyond expectations.
• Good teamplay spirits with the ability to listen and communicate with others.
