Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Process Automation Service Manager to lead our Process Automation team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process automation service management and a deep understanding of business processes. The Process Automation Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the endtoend delivery of process automation solutions ensuring operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Service Management:

Lead and manage the Process Automation team to ensure the delivery of highquality service.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.

Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to meet business needs.

Project Leadership:

Oversee the design development testing and deployment of process automation solutions.

Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation of automation projects within scope budget and timeline.

Operational Excellence:

Monitor and optimize the performance of existing automation solutions identifying areas for improvement.

Implement best practices for process automation ensuring scalability and reliability.

Conduct regular assessments of automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaboration:

Foster effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams including IT business analysts and operations to align automation initiatives with business objectives.

Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with automation technology vendors ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and maximizing value.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to enhance automation capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience in process automation with a focus on service management.

Strong understanding of automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow automation.

Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is desirable.

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in process automation.
