Are you ready to be a crucial part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the Life Business Unit We are seeking a talented Process Implementation Analyst to contribute to our ongoing initiatives and play a pivotal role in enhancing our processes.
Your Role: As a Process Implementation Analyst you will be at the forefront of implementing modifying and improving processes to meet the expectations of our internal and external clients brokers and financial authorities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking the initiative in enhancing and standardizing processes ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders IT legal and Project Management for effective communication and process alignment.
- Conducting critical process analyses proposing solutionoriented strategies drafting business requirements and performing tests.
- Coordinating the documentation process including instruction notes internal communication etc.
- Supporting management in decisionmaking for achieving predetermined quality levels.
- Developing expertise to support internal teams in their daily activities.
- Operationalizing projects determining scope and objectives creating roadmaps and coordinating implementation in operational and support teams.
- Participating in the coordination and implementation of control plans proposing changes as needed.
- Implementing and coordinating proposed action plans for compliance and audit.
Requirements
Qualifications: We are looking for a candidate who:
- Possesses project execution experience with analytical and creative problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrates assertive relationship and communication management with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Is proficient in French and/or Dutch both verbally and in writing.
- Exhibits adaptability in a dynamic environment with an eye for detail in identifying problems.
- Can translate acquired information into concrete actions to achieve predetermined goals.
- Holds a masters degree and/or equivalent experience.

Commercially oriented with the ability to convert leads into assignments. Customer-focused drive and structured working methods. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. You embrace continuous development and actively seek opportunities for growth. Self-critical and open to feedback. You possess extensive experience in project or program management within the pension or insurance sector, allowing you to comprehend the complexity and dynamics involved. Understanding and experience with decision-making processes in complex organizations.
