PRMarketing Manager for Conference event company

PR/marking Manager to help drive marketing excellence and efficiency across the companys marketing initiatives. In this individual contributor role you will be responsible for managing the daytoday PR/Marketing of the department including management of SMM designer copywriter speakers and crosspromo collaboration. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement marketing plans that support the companys growth objectives. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics to help optimize marketing performance.

Key Skills

• Experience working as or / marketing manager /director in Online Marketing;
• Experience in managing at least 2 people in a team;
• UpperIntermediate and higher English language proficiency level;
• Experience in setting technical tasks to the team and monitoring their implementation;
• Proficiency in working with Google Sheets Google Disk Microsoft Office Trello;
• Fast learner and attentive to details.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Clickup or Notion Asana;
• Ability to effectively organize work and meet deadlines;
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and report on marketing metric;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Experience working in a fastpaced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key tasks:

• Budgeting the costs of PR / marketing projects;
• oordination of personnel and internal resources (PR Design Content Tech etc.);
• Quality control of suppliers fulfillment of the product on time;
• Management of outsource contractors: setting tasks coordinating with the work of the companys team managing the workflow as needed;
• Participation in conferences (communication with partners) presence management and quality control of the provision of services at company events;
• monthly reporting on pr/marketing team results;
• preparation and formation of press kits and price lists for the companys services;
• issuing invoices and contracts to suppliers of pr/marketing department;
• Check sheet for the performance of services planning meetings regarding the order with the contractor; creation of timing of suppliers;
• Preparation of technical tasks for designers developers moviemakers and content creators;
• Internal communication with the team about processes and tasks coordination of the teams work;
• Analysis of competitors and tracking of modern trends building year marking strategy for the project and full description of tools for realization ;
• Preparation and formation of press kits and price lists for the companys services;
• Checking the timing and correctness of the tasks of all departments of the pr/marking team;
• Monthly reporting about team performance.
