Position: Printing Technician Shift 1
Location: Keene NH 03431
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
Qualifications:
Knowledge Skills & Qualifications
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Ability to read a ruler and verify measurements
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize key business objectives and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in Excel Word and Outlook
- Oracle experience preferred
- Ability to take constructive feedback to be proactive and creative in an everchanging operations environment
- Support overtime requirements as needed
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of printing experience and ability to run printing equipment
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Work is generally performed in a safe and clean Print shop or office environment
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to: sit or stand for long periods of time; bend and lift perform repetitive wrist hand and/or finger movement.
- Must be able to move push and/or pull and lift objects of 40 to 50 pounds
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Responsibilities:
- The Printing Technician is responsible for the production and distribution of all production based printed materials.
- The Printing Technician is responsible for managing the flow of orders being requested to support release of work orders replenishment of raw materials.
- The Printing Technician is also responsible for maintenance and PMs of equipment and machines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve stated goals and standards in departments for output quality delivery safety cost
- Operate and maintain equipment needed to perform daily tasks assigned such as: thermo transfer printers offset printing presses paper cutter folder wrapping machine flexographic platemaking equipment etc.
- Use of tools associated to: Work order prep Printing labels Cut and wrapping of Tyveks load proof and drop of plate stock information load prep and run of CLA in press folding cutting proof and mounting of plates
- Perform label control to ensure that all information is correct
- Assist with Tooling changes on assigned line
- Leads others to complete changeovers on assigned machines.
- Proficient understanding and navigation of Oracle and operations to support needs
- Maintain clean work environment at all times while performing duties
- Troubleshoot on basic mechanical issues escalating as required
- Work on special assignments as they arise
- Perform these and other duties as necessary or required the inclusion of which will not alter the basic scope of the position
- Actively demonstrating support through interactions with solid communication skills attitude dedication commitment respect pride and trust.
