Job Description: Operations Specialist (Print Sector Experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Print Specialist with a background in the print sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our print production processes ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining highquality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and a deep understanding of print production technologies and processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize print production workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of print materials.
2. Coordinate with suppliers vendors and internal teams to procure necessary materials and resources for print projects.
3. Monitor print quality and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.
4. Develop and maintain production schedules prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing equipment and collaborate with technical support teams for resolution.
6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
7. Provide training and guidance to production staff on best practices for print production and equipment usage.
8. Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and best practices in print production to drive innovation and process improvements.
9. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design marketing and sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of print projects.
10. Maintain accurate records documentation and reports related to print production activities costs and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Arts Printing Technology Operations Management or a related field.
Proven 12 years of experience in print production operations preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
Indepth knowledge of print technologies processes and equipment such as offset printing digital printing prepress finishing etc.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams clients and suppliers.
Proficiency in print production software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Print MIS systems and workflow management platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data identify trends and implement datadriven process improvements.
Strong attention to detail quality orientation and a commitment to delivering highquality print materials.
Leadership abilities including team management coaching and fostering a positive work environment.
