Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials such as brochures advertisements banners and corporate reports
• Use software like CorelDRAW and Adobe Suite to develop highquality graphics
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques
• Apply principles of color theory typography and layout design to create visually appealing materials
• Work with printers to ensure accurate and highquality final outputs
• Provide design support for digital media including social media graphics and email designs
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new design concepts and ideas
• Take ownership of the entire design process from concept to final execution
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders
• Offer creative solutions to design challenges and constraints
• Maintain organized files and documentation for design assets and projects
• Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field
• Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong print design portfolio
• Proficiency in design software such as CorelDRAW Adobe Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop) and other relevant tools
• Solid understanding of print production processes including color management and file preparation
• Knowledge of typography principles and ability to create visually appealing layouts
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines
• Understanding of marketing and branding principles to create designs that align with strategic objectives
• Capability to receive constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly
• Portfolio showcasing a range of print designs and projects across different industries
• Time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Uptodate knowledge of design trends tools and best practices
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and design needs
