Job description:
We are looking for Prinicpal for our reputed client CBSE school at Cochin
A passionate leader about education in K12 CBSE school environment
Ideal candidates would have worked at least 2 organizations with minimum 5 years of school administrative experience as Principal/ Vice principal/ Headmaster.
Willing to relocate to the Fort Cochin area with a distance of 7 kilometres from the school.
Qualifications:
Masters (not distance education)
B.Ed
The candidate shall be:
- System and process oriented
- Work with KPI listed such as Academic results (class 10 & class 12 CBSE results) Academic activities (after school hours) Cocurricular activities (after school hours)
- School brand development with a clear focus to setup kindergarten section in the catchment area
- Objectively evaluate and train teachers using internal/ external resources to create a pipeline of leaders
- Develop happy space for primary school children that will meet the aspiration of parents
- Strong emphasis on English language particularly proper diction
- Exposure to formal administrative training/ systems such as the Delhi Public School system
