Title: Sr Principal Infrastructure Eng ( MSSQL)
Location: Jersey City NJ (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Job Summary
A candidate with 10 years of relevant experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration in a production environment Knowledge of database migrations is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with configuration and advance features of SQL Server 2008 SQL 2012 SQL 2016 SQL 2019
- Handson Experience with database migration and maintenance on AWS.
- Solid skills in database performance tuning optimizing queries and stored procedures.
- Strong experience with SQL Server clusters with multiple nodes on each cluster mirroring logshipping alwayson and other methods of disaster recovery
- Migration of SQL Server databases from one platform to another
- Experience with SSIS packages and SSRS
- Knowledge of SAN data loading security capacity planning backup and recovery
- Experience in database auditing and financial industry experience is a plus.
Certifications Needed:
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Admin SQL server DBA)/ MCSE will be plus
AND/OR
- AWS certified
