Principal Consultant-Adobe

Role: Principal Consultant

Looking for a candidate with expertise in Adobe and other headless CMS tools and UI consulting skills to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing technology platforms such as Adobe suite of products along with the ability to provide strategic guidance on user interface design and optimization. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for leveraging technology lead the consultative sales process.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of eCommerce (Magento Hybris and BigCommerce) Adobe Marketing Cloud suite (Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe Campaignetc.) and other headless CMS such as Contentful to develop and execute datadriven marketing campaigns across various channels.
2. Experience working in presales team leading RFPs and other proactive sales pursuits.
3. Provide strategic consultation on user interface design and optimization to enhance the overall user experience across digital marketing assets.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing design IT and analytics to implement and optimize marketing automation workflows with a focus on UI/UX best practices.
5. Integration knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms ensuring optimal performance data integrity and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
6. Develop and implement prototypes to personalize customer experiences through segmentation targeting and testing using Adobe tools while ensuring alignment with UI/UX principles.
7. Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and user feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement of UI/UX strategies.
8. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing technology UI/UX design and Adobe products and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
9. Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools UI/UX principles and best practices.
10. Collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners to integrate thirdparty solutions with Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms and ensure seamless UI/UX integration.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Computer Science HumanComputer Interaction or related field.
2. Minimum of insert number years of experience in marketing technology UI/UX design or digital marketing roles.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Marketing Cloud suite including but not limited to Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Analytics Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign.
4. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience providing strategic consultation on user interface design and optimization.
5. Experience with marketing automation platforms CRM systems and UI/UX design tools (e.g. Sketch Adobe XD) is a plus.
6. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
7. Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
9. Certification in Adobe Marketing Cloud UI/UX design or related technologies is desirable.
