ExuberantHR Consulting a leading recruitment and HR firm is thrilled to announce a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic School Principal. We are currently in the process of establishing a new CBSE school in Ghughus Chandrapur Maharashtra as part of the Lloyds Infinite Foundation initiative of Lloyds Group of Companies. The schools management will be guided by the prestigious GD Goenka group.
Position: School Principal
Location: Ghughus Chandrapur Maharashtra
Responsibilities:
- Lead the school management providing visionary leadership from the ground up.
- Develop and implement policies and processes tailored for the unique needs of our new school.
- Collaborate closely with the GD Goenka group to ensure the highest educational standards are maintained.
- Utilize at least 5 years of prior experience as a Principal with a focus on school setup and teacher recruitment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for both primary and secondary students.
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents teachers and the local community.
- Oversee daytoday operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and welleducated female candidate.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Principal.
- Experience in school setup and teacher recruitment will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Ghughus Chandrapur Maharashtra.
- Stable career history with minimal career changes.
