Position Overview:

As a Premium Bike Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of premium bikes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive premium bike sales demonstrating a deep understanding of the market and a passion for highperformance motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for premium bikes.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective buyers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

  1. Product Knowledge:

  • Possess indepth knowledge of our premium bike models specifications and features.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the unique selling points to potential customers.

  1. Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market observations.

  1. Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records reports and forecasts.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in automotive premium bike sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for premium motorcycles and a keen understanding of the automotive industry.
