For our international client who is currently preparing the market entry in Germany we are looking for a:
PRESALES SUPPORT WITH EXPEREINCE IN THE PHOTOVOLTAIC/ SOLAR SECTOR (Düsseldorf)

Tasks:
- Comprehensive monitoring of user feedback from various channels: 400 hotlines online feedback etc. Ability to accurately obtain the information needed for website construction from customers make preliminary judgments about their willingness to build a website understand and pinpoint user issues and respond to user inquiries.
- Thoroughly record and promptly provide feedback on customer complaints. Through interdepartmental communication ensure that customer complaints are dealt with high quality and efficiency.
- Patiently listen to and answer challenging questions from users. Proactively identify and report issues within the overall business line.
- For users expressing an intention to upgrade report promptly and assess the severity and impact of the issues. Collaborate with relevant departments to achieve effective resolution.
- Through handling user feedback issues understanding user habits and product requirements. Regularly propose optimization suggestions and drive product improvement.
- Periodically conduct statistics on the content under responsibility extract and report concentrated and critical issues in a timely manner to enhance service quality.
- Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Profile:
- Experience in the PV/ Solar industry
- Strong technical understanding having worked in a similar position before
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and German
- Strong team player
