Role and Responsibilities

  • Assessing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Conducting regular reviews of business processes and devising optimization strategies.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing comprehensive requirements analysis.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to crossfunctional teams and management.
  • Generating leads closing deals and maintaining effective client communication.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Preparing UML diagrams and flow charts to visualize system flow.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Continuously generating leads closing deals and maintaining client communication throughout the process.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • 16 months of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional planning organizational and time management skills.
