PreSales Engineer Role

The Mission

We are looking for a dynamic and clientfocused PreSales Engineer to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction fostering strong relationships and contributing to revenue growth. If you are highly organized proactive and dedicated to client success we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Direct staff in the development and implementation of projects and programs.
  • Collaborate with technical architects developers UX/UI designers QA analysts project managers and other crossfunctional teams to develop and optimize processes.
  • Analyze and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Consult with clients and prospects regarding Promotion Campaign Rebate and Loyalty programs.
  • Manage the intake qualification management and delivery of RFI and RFP responses including the implementation of an RFP database and supporting materials.
  • Monitor the progress and health of the opportunity pipeline developing account plans to grow and expand opportunities.
  • Work closely with partners to track and pursue joint opportunities.
  • Create and manage collateral within the context of the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services Teams to prepare and support sales pursuits.
  • Work with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to support consultative delivery needs.
  • Serve as the liaison for the Strategy & Insights and the Solutions Team.
  • Autonomously manage communication with clients collaborating closely with technical project managers and other crossfunctional teams for support and project execution.
  • Identify key project milestones and set clear timelines for project deliverables and client expectations.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with key accounts ensuring a strong client relationship.
  • Request and follow up with clients for necessary details ensuring that project requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Discuss Loyalty trends and sustain Customers Loyalty program evolution by analyzing KPIs and based on defined targets to ensure client satisfaction and program renewal.
  • Take charge of sweepstakes administration tasks including overseeing the execution of sweepstakes campaigns and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop quarterly business reviews containing key metrics operational performance reviews competitor analysis key performance indicators and future opportunities.
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities within client accounts offering additional services or enhancements to their existing promotions in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Manage and oversee longterm account planning identifying client opportunities in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Efficiently resolve client problems and concerns providing recommendations for modifications to products or services as needed.
  • Coordinate negotiation between clients and the organization ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
  • Oversee billingrelated tasks including managing scope changes and ensuring timely invoicing.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the consulting field with a minimum of 4 years in a related role.
  • Ability to consult on complex projects methodology.
  • Strong experience and knowledge within Promotion & Engagement ecosystem.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing tools such as Campaign Management Personalization and Targeting Analytics Social Media Monitoring and Insights Mobility Solutions etc.
  • Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions effectively.
  • Competent to work independently and with a team as needed.
  • Able to manage expectations of clients and internal team.
  • Ability to represent and communicate technical requirements and tradeoffs in a business environment to facilitate effective decision making.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in client account management and relationshipbuilding within a marketing agency.
  • Expertise in Loyalty and Promotion.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of sweepstakes administration and legal compliance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
