50.000 users visit our homepage per month. This is why we are looking for a knowledgeable and caring PreSales Consultant to educate our prospects answer their unique requests and qualify them.

You love explaining technical capabilities to nontechnical prospects and you can still get into the weeds with technical experts.

Tasks

  • Serve as the technical liaison and collaborate with internal sales marketing and engineering teams to develop scalable content presentations demonstrations collect relevant information educate prospects and qualify them in depth. Contribute to the creation of sales scripts prepare and participate actively in customer discovery sessions share your expertise and guide the development and deployment of solutions.
  • Leverage internal resources such as screencasts webinars or other assets to globally scale your output thereby increasing sales efficiency and productivity. Understand customer requirements thoroughly acknowledge potential competitor solutions and provide a robust technical response tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Plan implementations ensuring that customers are engaged with the product and convinced abou the desired outcomes. Educate and convince a diverse audience including business and IT stakeholders on technical and architectural concepts.
  • Stay uptodate with product releases and the product roadmap to provide informed guidance and training to both current representatives and new hires. Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements gathered from the field.
  • Maintain an indepth understanding of Konfuzio products working closely with the sales team to resolve critical technical issues effectively.

Requirements

  • You enjoy explaining things in a way that everyone can understand demonstrating savvy writing presentation and screencast skills while fluidly translating complex technology concepts. You are eager to solve problems assist others and hold the belief that every problem has at least one solution. You have 3 years of work experience in an organization with more than 2000 employees.
  • Communication Skills: In the past you have built the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. Your proficiency in English and German is near nativelevel demonstrating exceptional linguistic capabilities ideal for professional contexts in insurance banking or healthcare sectors. We appreaciate if you also have the option of using French and Spanish at a proficiency level of C1 or higher.
  • You possess direct experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Workday or Microsoft and/or experience in process automation implementations which is a plus. Your skills enable you to influence both technical and executive audiences effectively.
  • As an advocate for team selling you partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and align key customer stakeholders. You have a passion for enterprise software and a philosophy of using technology to solve business problems. Your curiosity drives you to learn and assimilate technical information quickly and you are enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and teaching others.
  • You have the ability and willingness to travel. The position is based in Germany offering the flexibility of a home office.
