We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Pre Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team by providing key assistance in the presales process. This role requires excellent communication skills strong organizational abilities and a customercentric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations proposals and other materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide valuable insights to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or presales role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
