The PrePrimary Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the preprimary education program. This role involves coordinating curriculum development supervising teaching staff implementing ageappropriate teaching methodologies and fostering a nurturing environment conducive to early childhood development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Masters degree and B.Ed
- Previous experience in teaching and coordinating preprimary programs.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ageappropriate teaching methodologies and learning resources.
