Practice Lead - Mainframe Modernization

Responsibilities:

Practice Head is responsible for creating high quality Modernizing services/solutions & delivered to clients on time that drive the highest levels of customer satisfaction and productivity

Accountable for Service Offering Pre Sales & Solutioning org GTM with Sales team Team development Account management Transformation & Training Initiatives and adopting to new mainframe technologies

Work across Technology Support and Sales teams to prioritize assignments and manage risks/issues to ensure successful delivery with high quality.

Facilitating communication and alignment among stakeholders developers testers and customers ensuring clear expectations and deliverables

Define and execute standards methods and procedures by playing the role of customer advocate

Desired Profile:

Min 15 in mainframe with 10 years experience managing CoE/practice/Delivery teams.

Experience in handling multiple accounts defining the project scope milestones and managing Budget and resources planning

Should be responsible to conceptualize ideas innovations to build solution Accelerators and Automation. Experience in REXX CLIST programming and any of the automation tool preferred. Should be strong in mainframe technologies COBOL DB2 JCL IMS DC DB CICS as base.

Should be proficient in modernizing mainframe applications to open system.

Expertise in developing mainframe Architecture and understanding of modern mainframe market trends and Business needs required.

Require work experience in transformation projects in terms of mainframe migration to cloud (AWS Azure) Distributed systems.
