The role

We are looking for the PR Manager.Youwill play a key role in shaping the reputation of our parent company by supporting the development and execution of communications strategies and campaigns. They will monitor and analyze media coverage conduct research to provide insights for decisionmaking manage social media accounts and develop relationships with media in key markets of interest to the company. They will be working with internal clients across the group as well as external PR agencies and directly with media. This is a corporate role at our parent company reporting to the Head of Communications.

Youre welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam hybridor remotely with regular travel.

In this position your responsibility will be to:

• Support the development and execution of PR campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to track company mentions sentiment and key messages.
• Conduct research to identify emerging trends industry developments and analyse and track competitor activities.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams across the group to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives and provide handson PR support to the business units as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate PR performance metrics insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the companys presence on social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter)
• Maintain relationships with external agencies media contacts and influencers to facilitate effective communication and ensure fair and accurate coverage.
• Support crisis communication efforts by providing timely analysis and recommendations.

We expect you to have:

• Bachelors degree in communications public relations marketing journalism or related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in public relations media analysis journalism or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of media landscape across business and technology in particular in Europe
• Demonstrable interest in and understanding of current trends in technology and the business of technology
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in media monitoring and analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages an advantage especially Dutch
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to solve communications challenges
• Ability to manage own workload and prioritize tasks.
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
