Redstone Commodity Search are working with an energy trading and services company, looking to hire an Intraday Power Trader to join the commercial team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Join an established and performing trading team located in Ireland.
Trade actively on the intraday power market, utilising your past experience on the Irish, UK or European markets.
Use fundamental analysis to source data and quantitative capabilities to build and maintain models.
Originating, developing and deploying trading strategies.
Reports into Group Managing Director

Key Qualifications / Experience

Have approx. 2-5 years trading as a proprietary or asset trader on the Irish, UK and/or European power markets.
Strong programming skills using languages such as Python, SQL, R, VBA etc.
Experience delivering profitable results in the power trading markets.
Proven track record of identifying profitable strategies and building accurate models
Located in Dublin, Ireland or willing to relocate to.
