Power BI Developer 12month contract Antwerpen
One of our important clients is currently looking for a Power BI developer for a 12month contract based in Antwerpen. Rate is negotiable.
Please find the spec below :
As Developer BI your main duty is to transform raw data into meaningful insights with the help of interactive easytounderstand dashboards and reports.
You coordinate with business analysts in the collection of user requirements and assist with the functional specifications for analytical reports dashboards or other data related requests.
Finally you develop reports and dashboards with data coming from multiple data sources using various software tools and power BI to identify and resolve data issues and provide analytics for our business.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Understanding business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights and estimate the timeline to accomplish the related tasks.
- Creating publishing and scheduling dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI.
- Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service or by API automation.
- Conducting datavalidations functional and unit testing and troubleshooting.
- Developing and update technical documentation.
- Maintaining and developing the Power BI environment.
Requirements
Education level:
You have a bachelor s or master s degree combined with relevant experience as a senior Developer BI (at least 35 years).
Experience & Competencies:
TSQL
GIT integration (SQL Azure Data Factory PBI)
PowerBI
DAX (PowerBI)
PowerQuery (PowerBI)
Data Visualisations
Power Pivot SSIS SSAS
Azure DevOps (boards & CICD Pipelines)
Specific Competencies in the role:
