About Us:

Our research seeks to understand the function of Human DNA with support from core pipelines as well as our research specialists. We have specific projects around manipulating DNA in human cells at scale: deleting large chunks of noncoding DNA inserting large amounts of ectopic DNA and randomising stretches of existing DNA all with the aim of informing generative models of human DNA function.

About You:

Your work will help shape future research questions and methodology in the lab. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Essential Skills:

• PhD in Molecular Biology Bioinformatics Physics Engineering or related relevant field
• Evidence of good productivity through publications
• Motivation to understand function of DNA in Human Cells
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Highly developed problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication skills as evidenced by presentations
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Demonstrates inclusivity and respect for all
