Are you a skilled legal professional looking to make a significant impact in the field of criminal law?

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and provide invaluable criminal advice and casework services over the telephone to clients detained at the police station.

This role is an integral part of our Criminal Defence Direct advice service, focusing on Criminal Law.

Role Highlights -

• Telephonic Legal Expertise: Provide clear and concise advice to police station detainees, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
• Case Progression: Manage cases effectively, meeting commercial targets while upholding quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborative Support: Work with supervisors and team leaders to deliver services according to contract specifications.
• Efficient Case Management: Competently handle allocated work, recording advice accurately and progressing cases promptly.
• Client-Centric Approach: Deliver professional, courteous, and empathetic client care during stressful times.
• Confidentiality & Communication: Maintain secure information handling and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated through required training and maintain Police Station Accredited status.

Qualifications:

• Legal qualification with strong knowledge of criminal would be advantageous but not essential.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• High ethical standards, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality.
