Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and certified PMP Project Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property and Casualty Insurance with extensive experience in managing software application projects. This is a longterm opportunity for the right candidate who possesses exceptional project management skills and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software application projects from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to project scope schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members stakeholders and vendors.
• Track project performance and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets forecasts and expenditures ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and objectives.
• Conduct postproject reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager with at least 5 years specifically in Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Extensive experience managing software application projects; preference for candidates with no infrastructure project experience.
• Proven ability to lead crossfunctional project teams and drive project success in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
