Position Title: PMO Program Manager Senior

Washington DC Hybrid (Occasionally Onsite)

Need Program Manager Construction Maintenance PMP.

DMV area and same visa NO h1b ( GC USC H4 GCEAD)

but tomorrow is due date only 1 slot left.

Location: Based in Washington DC/Baltimore metropolitan areas with some travel on occasion

Skillset: The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for managing delivery of Digital Technology (DT) project scope for all DT services on Clients Stations Facilities Properties & Accessibility (SFPA) and Capital Construction projects for the Baltimore Project Portfolio.

At least 10 years of experience in largescale construction and redevelopment projects such as transportation facilities (stations airports transit hubs) corporate office buildings and operations command centers.

Knowledge of how Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligns and integrates with the Architectural and Engineering Construction lifecycles.

Experience managing Engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure specifically building renovations restacks relocations cabling network and network systems.

Experience managing Engineering design deployment and integration of multiple technologies such as Audio/Visual systems Content Management Systems Video Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems.

Professional demeanor with strong project management problem solving and communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word) and presentation skills.

Demonstrable knowledge of the PMBOK; PMP Certification is preferred.

Ability to multitask and to work under pressure.
