Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior PMO Coordinator.


A PMO Coordinator is there to provide necessary project management support in the form of guidance to project managers and other supporting teams.


The PMO Coordinator role oversees the administration needs of projects and program to support overall governance and effective performance management.


The PMO Coordinator engaged with multiple functions including encompasses Portfolio Program and Project Management Offices Sales and other Support Teams.



Responsibilities and Functions:


  • Responsible for working within all stages of project management taking end to end accountability.
  • They organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans project schedules work hours budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and automation of project processes and delivery
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Able to escalate early on issues.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
