The ideal applicant should be knowledgeable with plumbing and fire protection design for a wide range of market sectors including education health science telecommunications government and commercial.
Job Expectations:
The candidate will be responsible for executing plumbing designs for projects creating reports and specifications and demonstrating a high degree of technical expertise. Fire Protection competence in offering performancebased fire protection design is advantageous. The ideal applicant should be organized and responsive with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The candidate must be able to operate in a multidisciplinary team setting and manage different projects with conflicting priorities.
Desired skills and experience:
- Five years or more of design experience
- Field familiarity with construction administration processes (e.g. field reports field meetings).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Computer abilities include AutoCad Revit Microsoft Word and Excel.
