Plumbing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing systems (calculations layouts sizing equipment selections specification coordination)
  
• Design specification/layout for fire protection projects
  
• Use AutoCAD/Revit for drawing development
  
• Mentor junior staff
  
• Project management opportunities
  
• Perform various duties including code reviews shop drawings/submittal review and processing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
  
• Coordinate projects with contractors/clients from start to finish
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
• 5 years of prior mechanical engineering and project management experience
  
• Plumbing design experience
  
• PE License
  
• Experience with architectural projects (schools health care facilities and commercial buildings)
  
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
