We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our team focusing on reactive maintenance work within the Coventry area. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional ready to handle a variety of maintenance tasks in domestic settings without the requirement for emergency callouts.

Key Details:

• Location: Coventry West Midlands
• Salary: 40000 to 42000 per annum depending on experience
• Start Date: ASAP
• Work Type: Fulltime Permanent
• Jobs per Day: Approximately 57

Role Overview:The selected candidate will be responsible for performing reactive maintenance work addressing and resolving issues across a range of plumbing and heating systems in domestic properties. This position does not involve emergency callout duties allowing for a predictable and balanced work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on plumbing and heating systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate records of completed jobs and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing and heating maintenance with a strong background in domestic environments.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in plumbing and heating engineering.
• Gas Safe registration is highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
