Qualifications Required:
Education: BE (Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics) OR MSc (Instrumentation).
Industry/Domain : Process Automation
Basic Skillsets Required:
Handson experience on GE PLC system/ Allen Bradley/ B&R
Experience on industrial process automation preferably in fields like Oil and Gas Power Plant and Water Treatment plant automation
o Has completed at least 23 site commissioning independently with GE PLC.
o Is aware of all the hardware related to 9030 Versamax and Rx3i series PLCs.
o Independently able to handle tag database
o configuration of simple control loops including device control logic
o Should be able to configure complex control loops
o Has worked on at least 2 complete project lifecycle
o Worked on migration projects
o Knows PLC Architecture very well
o Worked on Cimplicity and IFix SCADA
o Worked with and has good understanding of industrial and IT communicate protocols (FTE/EtherNet/Modbus/OPCDA OPCUA etc)
o Should be able to handle AMC visit independently.
Prepare Activity break down and Schedule
Prepare implementation plan
Assign activities to individual team members for execution
Conduct daily weekly monthly meetings for Periodic Review
Prepare documentation and templates (Basic and Detailed Engineering Documents) Logic flow chart Control philosophy
Additional Knowhow is preferred:
o Knowhow of Fibre Optic communication
o Knows basic scripting in VB
General Skills Required:
Should possess good communication skills (English Verbal and Written)
Should be a team player (worked in team of size min 5)
