We are looking for a leader to join our innovative startup as Platform developer Lead of our AI and traffic platform where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology stack This position goes beyond traditional roles and requires a handson approach to lead AI development and build our traffic arbitrage platform If you thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment and want to make a real impact we want you to be part of our team

What Youll do

• Lead the agile development testing and deployment of AI models and algorithms embodying a startup mentality focused on rapid iteration and innovation
• Spearhead the development of our traffic arbitrage platform taking ownership of the architecture implementation and optimization processes
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional startup teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies and the traffic arbitrage platform across our diverse product offerings
• Dive into data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation tasks addressing challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
• Stay at the forefront of AI and machine learning technologies implementing cuttingedge solutions and leveraging startup agility to adapt quickly to industry advancements
• Assist in integrating AI models into existing systems and applications emphasizing speed and efficiency in alignment with startup objectives
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure highquality and readily available data overcoming startup resource constraints with innovative solutions
• Drive the documentation of AI models development processes and best practices fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within our startup team
• Provide handson technical leadership and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and growthoriented startup environment
• Collaborate with startup founders and product managers to define project goals scope and timelines actively contributing to the startup vision

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field
• Proven experience leading AI and machine learning projects in a startup environment demonstrating adaptability and a resultsdriven mindset
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or C with a focus on delivering MVPs and iterating quickly
• Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks (eg TensorFlow PyTorch) and the ability to implement scalable solutions with limited resources
• Experience in startupspecific challenges such as resource constraints rapid scaling and a willingness to wear multiple hats
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity inherent in startup ventures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills crucial for thriving in a startup where team synergy is paramount
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic startup environment
• Experience with low code/no code solutions demonstrating the ability to leverage these tools effectively in a startup setting

• Relevant certifications in AI or machine learning
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (eg AWS Azure Google Cloud) and costeffective solutions for startups
• Knowledge of version control systems (eg Git) and startupfriendly development workflows
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (eg Matplotlib Seaborn) and creating impactful insights for startup stakeholders
