Plant Manager

• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the plant by streamlining processes optimizing resource utilization and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
  
• Establish and enforce ISO 9001 quality management systems to ensure consistency and quality in all operations.
  
• Lead the expansion project ensuring timely and costeffective execution while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
  
• Manage and develop a highperforming team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  
• Oversee budgeting cost management and financial planning to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers regulatory bodies and local authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency reduce waste and increase productivity.
  
• Embrace and integrate new technologies to enhance plant performance and sustainability.
  

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in plant operations with a focus on tire pyrolysis or similar industrial processes.
  
• Proven track record in managing largescale industrial operations and projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
  
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in industrial operations.
