Job description: Plant HR
Job Location Krishnagiri (Simpleenergy Factory)

You will:

  1. Actively lead and motivate people and promote unity to meet the common objective of the companys goals
  2. Maintain clear audit trail of all related documents i.e. KYC documents for each employee Personnel folders for each employee Attendance payroll generation from the HRMs system Bank payouts Monthly payroll reconciliation etc
  3. Responsible for a clear communication process within factory.
  4. Implementation of Code of Conduct
  5. Smooth implementation of all HR Policies
  6. Optimize resources and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information system) manage complete employee life cycle and ensure fair & transparent performance appraisals vide setting up KPIs for all employees
  7. To ensure statutory compliances (PF ESI Labour Department records Bonus & Gratuity payments & records); attendance management; payroll management including minimum wages overtime payments & others.
  8. To ensure Employment / Labour contracts for all employees issue timely merit increments letters Job Descriptions for all positions / employees
  9. Identify the talent pool training needs of employees and training schedules adherence
  10. Facilitate the completion of Factory Inspectors audits.
  11. Facilitate concluding employee related issues and manage labour unrest if any.
  12. To ensure timely renewals of all required permits & licenses from the statutory bodies for factory Optimize contribution of all staff through performance management and coaching.

You must have:

  1. Manage the entire life cycle of employees including but not limited to talent acquisition and talent management employee engagement learning and development attendance management attrition management and exit process.
  2. Ensure that the manpower needs of the organization are met in time by using diverse sources of recruitment and having the job description and KRAs for each position clearly defined.
  3. Maintain harmonial industrial relations with union and play an active role in negotiation process.
  4. Ensure compliance of all necessary statutes and regulations through liaisoning with various government authorities labor consultants and advocates for IR and court related matters.
  5. Formulate and implement a robust performance management system that establishes a clear linkage between performance and rewards and that the performance appraisal process across the level at Plant is completed in time.
  6. Identify training needs of employees at plant through mapping of skills required for each position and organize internal/external and on job training programs for improving productivity building capability and quality enhancement.
