Plant Controller - Manufacturing

Are you ready to take the wheel as a PLANT CONTROLLER near Atlanta GA Join a global Tier 1 automotive supplier with a passion for excellence. Seeking a local financial ace with a Bachelors degree in accounting and 58 years of manufacturing experience.

Your Mission:

• Manage financial functions: cost and general accounting product costing capacity planning and time studies.
• Analyze operation costs and variances.
• Lead accounting staff with supervision performance reviews and development plans.
• Oversee payroll for hourly and salary teammates.
• Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
• Engage in daily reviews report preparation and interaction with various plant managers.
• Take the lead in yearly budget preparation monthly/yearly financials and audit preparations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting (preferred).
• 58 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in financial analysis cost accounting budgeting and auditing.
• Supervisory experience as you will manage up to 3 direct reports.
