Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to the project. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. 5. Resource Management: Monitor and allocate resources efficiently. Ensure that resources are utilized optimally to meet project objectives. 6. Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against the planned schedule and budget. Generate regular status reports for project stakeholders. 7. Change Management: Assess and manage changes to the project scope schedule or budget. Implement change control processes to minimize project disruptions. 8. Quality Control: Establish and monitor quality control processes. Ensure that project deliverables meet the specified quality standards. 9. Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project teams stakeholders and management. Provide updates on project status issues and risks. 10. Document Management: Establish and maintain a document control system for projectrelated documentation. Ensure that project documentation is organized accessible and up to date. 11. Performance Analysis: Analyse project performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. 12. Contract Management: Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contracts.
