Airas mission is to advance the next generation of home energy solutions creating intelligent sustainable homes for a meaningful impact. Starting with innovative heat pumps it will evolve into a comprehensive intelligent clean energytech system and include dynamic electrical tariffs cuttingedge home solar systems and advanced battery storage solutions.

Founded in 2022 with already 300 employees and growing Aira aims to drive the clean energy revolution. We are headquartered in Stockholm Sweden and our factory in Poland brings these innovations to life with operating markets in the UK Italy and Germany.

About the role

The Planning Agent is responsible for effective capacity allocation to meet customer demand. Through close collaboration with the planning and logistics teams as well as technical colleagues you will ensure we are able to deliver outstanding customer service.

What youll be doing

• Manage installation capacity and scheduling.
• Liaise with customers technicians and team leader.
• Always remain polite and professional.
• Support Team Leads to find improved ways of working.
• Manage and coach other Planning Agents in the use of AIRA systems.
• Support and work closely with technicians to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced.
• Book materials create purchase orders and coordinate delivery of materials.
• Be aware of the current performance of the teams and use this knowledge and gained experience to optimize the service operations.
• Receive forecasts from the central function implement optimizations and improvements and feed back results either directly or through the Team Lead.
