PL Salesforce Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to lead our Salesforce implementation projects and ensure successful delivery within scope timeline and budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management along with indepth knowledge of Salesforce technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead endtoend implementation projects of Salesforce solutions including gathering requirements solution design development testing deployment and postimplementation support.
• Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets tracking progress and addressing issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project resources including internal team members external consultants and vendors to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members stakeholders and executive sponsors providing regular updates on project status risks and mitigation plans.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings workshops and training sessions to gather requirements review designs and obtain feedback on deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices Salesforce implementation methodologies and quality standards while continuously improving processes and procedures.
• Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to project team members fostering a culture of teamwork accountability and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
• Minimum of X years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementation projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Smartsheet or Salesforces native project management tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud and Lightning Platform.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive project success.
