Our respected Client is a commercial property investment development & construction and management company with endtoend activities in the real estate value chain. The Company is looking for highly experienced Business Developer candidates.

Tasks

• Leasing of commercial space & properties in the Polish portfolio
• Taking an active role in negotiation with tenants as well as ongoing relations
• Ensuring completeness of all required documentation
• Preparation of leasing offers viewings with clients
• Optimizing income for leased spaces
• Regular reporting and updates of the leasing activities progress to relevant stakeholders within the company.

Requirements

• University degree businessrelated preferred ideally in real estate
• At least 2 years of experience in leasing buildings in a similar position as leasing manager (ownerside ideally)
• Proven successful track record in leasing understanding of all complexities of the leasing process and ability to maintain longterm relationships with tenants
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of CRE market
• Fluent English is a must.
