Physiotherapist

• Assess and prepare reports after examination.
• Regularly review and ensure the availability of required materials for therapy sessions.
• Formulate treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of children in line with their development plan.
• Coordinate and work closely with other therapists to create a comprehensive development plan and ensure its implementation covering the overall development of the child.
• Conduct required therapies for children.
• Inform the Therapy/centre head of any observations of children undergoing therapies and promptly communicate any deviations from the normal.
• Maintain records of observations progress and problems noticed during therapy sessions.
• Prepare weekly and term plans for children and be available to clarify any queries.

• Proven experience as a Physiotherapist or relevant role.
• Good knowledge of Physiotherapy topics and methodologies.
• Experience working with children with a wide range of disabilities.
• Ability to create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Patient resourceful and resilient personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
